Each trip keeps a price line. When the cheapest flight or stay falls by at least £10 and 5%, the group gets one calm note in Activity under Trips & prices — no flood of alerts.

Good to know
You book with the provider
Oroxia never books, holds or takes payment for travel. Every option opens the provider’s own site, and the price there can differ from the one Oroxia checked.
What providers see
Only the trip itself: airports or city, dates, number of travellers and rooms, currency. Never names, usernames, messages or plan text.
Who sees the trip
Only members of that conversation. Organisers set the route and dates; anyone in the conversation can pin an option.
