Oroxia · What’s new

What’s new
in Oroxia.

Small, careful releases — each tested, each with a way back. Here’s what changed recently.

  1. 2.12

    Nobody can look you up

Members can’t be found by @username or name unless they choose to be. Share a personal contact link or QR code instead — replace it or turn it off at any time.

  2. 2.11

    Find Oroxia by search

The public welcome page at oroxia.io can appear in search results. Everything after sign-in stays private and out of search engines.

  3. 2.10

    Private connections

Your line shows only who introduced you and who you introduced — nothing about anyone else’s connections.

  4. 2.9

    Gifted introductions

Admins can give trusted members extra introductions on top of their one, with the same rules and an audit trail.

  5. 2.8

Calls on strict networks, files in object storage

Calls relay through a TURN server when a direct connection isn’t possible. Photos and files can live in encrypted object storage, and backups can be restored and checked.

  6. 2.7

A calmer look, a short introduction, and comparing together

An optional four-step introduction for new members, first-use tips, and Compare together: two or three trip options side by side in the same units, with anything unconfirmed clearly marked.

  7. 2.5–2.6

    Account recovery and email codes

A recovery key resets a forgotten password without losing messages. Joining confirms your email with a 6-digit code.

  8. 2.4

Budget, call tools and better trip search

A private budget beside your wallet, screen sharing and plans during calls, all kinds of stays, and a real town and region search with nearby airports.

  9. 2.2–2.3

    Flights, hotels and Activity

Live flight and hotel options on plans, price-drop nudges, and an Activity hub for what needs you.

  10. 2.0–2.1

    Oroxia, at oroxia.io

A new name, a calmer design, plans with answers, “Since you left”, and the Wallet for crypto requests to your own address.
